Ordering Schedule

Our ordering schedules begin on every Monday to Thursday of the week. Our last ordering hour is at 5.00pm every day and we have different ordering day for each agencies. Method of Payment

Before the entry of each order, we would require a Purchase Order from Research Institutes or Hospitals. Upon the receipt of Purchase Order, the order will be processed and shipment will be expected to arrive to Singapore on the following week under normal shipping circumstances. Again, please check on the schedule of the agency concerned. Customers who have good credit history with us are however exempt from the requirement of Purchase Order, at the discretion of the company. Customers who are buying in their individual capacity will be require to pay in cash. This also applies to dealers unless otherwise exempted.

Taxes

The company charges Goods and Service Tax (GST) at the prevailing rate set by the Singapore Government.

International Delivery

Should you require international delivery, there will be Freight and Handling charges in additional to the price of the product. International delivery may takes 2-3 weeks to arrive depending the location of the delivery. Freight and Handling charges may vary according to the location of the delivery.
