Fecturin™ is the ideal reagent for the production of protein in serum free media. It is formulated to work in a variety of media and cell lines including HEK 293, EBNA and CHO cells giving you the flexibility to produce proteins in your desired host system.

Cells were seeded in either I-CHO or C-CHO synthetic media and transfected with pCMV-Luc plasmid using either Fecturin™ or LP2 following the manufacturer’s recommendations. Luciferase expression (RLU) was assayed 24h after transfection.
