The Investigator ProPrep is optimized for highest possible peptide recovery and purification in a fully enclosed and HEPA-filtered environment. Two product variants available for high throughput analysis (4 x 96 or 8 x 96 well sample trays)

The unique, patented one-way flow through reaction block eliminates cross-contamination concerns. It eliminates sampling handling, controls temperature of reaction trays, chills reagents and provides a four-channel liquid handling robot to ensure excellent reproducibility.

Gives you options for fully customizable protocols; digestion or spotting or a combination of both; ability to vary the number of input and output trays; spotting and /or LC auto sampling of digested samples; acceptance of multiple MALDI target configurations.
