Powerful analysis - GeneTAC Integrator Software is Windows 95, 98, NT and 2000 compatible.Flexible grid configurations and layouts may be set by the user or imported directly from the GeneTAC G3 Library Management System. The user clicks on four adjustable orientation landmarks on the array and the software does the rest. GeneTAC Integrator uses a flexible grid system that independently handles x and y spacing to align the reference image, instead of using a preset grid. Patch locations are identified, spots are automatically located and copied among channels, and channel images aligned.
Interfaces for querying spot and ratio information are included with the system. Data is also available for user-specified queries or for porting to other visualization or database platforms for added research flexibility. Grid layout and configuration information for your arrays may be imported from the GeneTAC G3 Library Management System into the GeneTAC Integrator database. User plate library and gene information may also be imported to speed identification of spots of interest.
